July 17 Weigh-in

Our first weigh in for the new season was off to a great start with a wide range of fish species being caught and weighed in and magnificent weather to go with it. "Winter what winter????????" The lady with heaviest bag for our first comp of the season went to Margaret Mackney with a bream. The heaviest bag for men went to Brad Dyson who weighed in an impressive range of fish consisting of; a cobra, a coral trout, a parrot fish, a Moses perch, a hussar and a trevally. The lucky draw winner was Peter Akers with a bream, and the secret species winner was Bjarne Jorgensen with his sickle fish. Our next BBQ and weigh in will be on Sunday 6th August, with the weigh in commencing at 4pm. Visitor are always welcome to come along and join us for a feed, meet the awesome club members and share in the fishing fun,
